Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get the notes after I pay?
As soon as your payment goes through, you land on the order confirmation page with a Download button for each PDF.
The same download links are also emailed to the address you enter at checkout.
Can I open the notes on my phone?
Yes. The notes are PDF files, so they open on any phone, tablet, laptop or computer. Download them on whichever device you study on.
What if I don't receive the email?
First check your Spam and Promotions folders. Your download buttons are also on the order confirmation page straight after payment.
Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91820 99001 with your order number and we will sort it out.
Do I need the internet to use the notes?
Only to download them. Once the PDF is saved on your device, you can study from it offline, any time.
How long do my download links work?
Your download links work for 12 months from the date of purchase, with up to 5 downloads of each file — enough for your phone, laptop and a spare copy.
Once downloaded, the PDF stays on your device for good, so save it somewhere safe. If you ever run out of downloads, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I see the notes before I buy?
Yes. Every notes page has a Download Sample Pages button with free pages from the actual notes, so you can see the handwriting, the worked examples and the layout first.
Are the notes up to date?
Yes. All the notes are kept up to date with the current syllabus for their board and class, chapter by chapter.
