2. Product Preview

Where applicable, each digital product or online course includes a description, sample preview, chapter list, or other relevant information to help customers understand the content before making a purchase. Customers are requested to review this information carefully before placing an order.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after successful payment, all purchases are generally final. Once a digital product has been purchased or access to an online coaching programme has been granted, refunds will not ordinarily be issued.

4. Returns

Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, returns are not accepted for any downloadable educational resource.

5. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment successfully completed but digital access was not provided due to a verified technical issue which cannot be resolved.
  • Any other circumstance where Joel Samuel Academy determines that a refund is appropriate.
