This Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation terms applicable to purchases made through Joel Samuel Academy. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Digital Products
Joel Samuel Academy primarily offers digital educational resources including handwritten notes, revision notes, worksheets, formula sheets, question banks, previous year question papers and other downloadable study materials.
Each product includes a description, chapter details, sample preview or other relevant information wherever applicable to help customers make an informed purchase decision before payment.
2. Cancellation of Digital Product Orders
Once payment has been successfully completed and access to the purchased digital product has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, cancellation requests will not ordinarily be accepted after purchase.
3. Online Coaching
Enrolment in online coaching programmes, live classes or similar educational services is treated as a confirmed booking once payment has been received. Such enrolments are generally non-cancellable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Cancellation requests may be considered only in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate orders placed accidentally.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- A verified technical issue that prevents delivery of the purchased product or service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
